For our 26th year, the annual conference was once again face-to-face in both Sydney and Melbourne.
A half day of inspiration, growth and leadership. Each keyspeaker imparted a story to share on how a focus on culture and leadership has helped them through challenges and achieve their goals. We also bought together a panel of leaders discussing their own learnings and bringing culture and leadership to life.

2013’s conference focused on how individuals, teams, and organisations can maintain their relevance in our rapidly changing global landscape. We explored the role of mindsets and behaviours in driving our adaptability and resilience, using the Human Synergistics Circumplex model as our guiding framework.
