The Circumplex Model

Human Synergistics research shows that workplace behaviours cluster into twelve styles within the Circumplex model, ranging from constructive behaviours that support performance to defensive behaviours that limit it. Understanding these patterns gives leaders a practical way to strengthen effectiveness and improve outcomes.
