Kickstart Change™ Accreditation
This immersive, hands-on experience is designed to equip leaders, HR practitioners, and change champions with the practical tools they need to drive real, human-centred transformation. Powered by ExperiencePoint’s globally recognised methodology, this workshop blends design thinking, change science, and experiential learning to help participants understand what truly enables behaviour change in modern organisations. Participants will first attend the morning workshop, included in the registration fee, which provides the foundational concepts, tools, and practical context needed to successfully move into the afternoon accreditation session.

Delivered by Darren Levy, the afternoon accreditation deepens your capability to confidently facilitate the Kick-Start Change approach within your own organisation or clients. You will walk away with certification, a suite of tools and templates, and the facilitation techniques needed to turn ideas into action, align teams quickly, and build momentum for change. The Impact Tool helps leaders understand how their behaviour influences the motivation, performance, and development of others, linking personal impact directly to organisational culture and effectiveness. Building on the Circumplex framework, this accreditation provides everything you need to integrate the tool into leadership development and culture change programs.
