The Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) helps individuals understand why they think and behave the way they do, building greater self awareness and personal effectiveness. It supports people to develop more constructive behaviours, improve workplace relationships, navigate stress and change more effectively, and reach their full potential. Research shows that individuals with more constructive styles are 37% less stressed, have 43% better working relationships, are 47% more ready for promotion, and are 34% more effective in their roles.

The Group Styles Inventory™ (GSI) is designed for teams and groups responsible for solving problems and making decisions. It provides a clear view of how the group works together in practice, helping identify what is supporting performance, what is getting in the way, and where to focus for improvement.

This Accreditation Programme equips coaches, consultants, HR professionals and leaders with the skills to use the LSI to develop others. Through a blend of personal experience, practical workshops and real client application, participants learn how to confidently debrief, coach and apply the LSI to improve individual performance and effectiveness.

Workshops include: 2 x 2 day workshops and a 1/2 day recall session. As well as your own LSI feedback, 3 x individual coaching sessions, and LSI feedback for the first person you will coach.
